UPDATE 11/27/2020: In response to increased infection rates in the area and in order to keep our clients and staff safe, we will once again be closing the building to clients beginning Saturday, November 28. Upon arrival to the hospital (whether here for a doctor visit, a technician appointment, or to pick up food/medication), we ask that you give us a call at 704-892-0207 to let us know you’re here. If you need to pick up food and/or medication, a staff member will be happy to bring it to you in your vehicle. We can take payment over the phone or run your form of payment inside and return with an itemized receipt. We also have the ability to send a text message with a link to a secure site for payment. Please notify us of your preference at checkout.
During this unprecedented time as we all do what we can to navigate COVID-19, we want to assure you that we here at NMAH are still here to continue to serve you and your furry family members. We have increased sanitation protocols beyond the already-rigorous ones that have always been in place, and we have enacted new policies and procedures to ensure we keep exposure to a minimum.
